I wanted to try something new to help me use my dies and stamps more. So I decide to re-organize all my die cuts and stamp images into categories.
I purchased this rolodex from the dollar store for $4 and placed a small piece of paper in every page with stamped images on it, place into its category.
Again I don’t use my Slice die cutting machine as much as I wish I would, so I thought maybe if I put some of the die cuts into the rolodex under the categories to help me see and inspire me with ideas.
I have been using this system for a few months now and have found it be very helpful and inspiring.
Hope you enjoyed…
Thanks for looking 😀
June – what a busy month for us. It was all good! Saw some friends I haven’t seen in awhile, school has come to an end for another month, we went to a Blue Jays game and the boys were in full swing with playing ball.
Look what my son brought home from school during the last week. The smallest pencils ever, I just had to scrapbook these. Too funny!
Here are some pictures of the Open House or our new Church.
I mostly did 8.5″ x 11″ layouts and enjoyed doing them.
Thanks for viewing and hope you come back soon,
Here we are the beginning of May!
Just getting the hang of project life. Sorry for my blurred pics and some missed journaling, here is what I have started out with….
Althought this took place the beginning of Spring 2012, this is the land where the new church will open up in May 2013.
Who doesn’t love going to the drive in????? We watched, Oz The Great and Powerful, Iron Man 3 and Identity Thief (we make it too because we were all too tired and wanted to go home.)
May 26 – Open House at our new church. Although I really liked the character and beauty of our old church, the new church is beautiful and very modern.
Thanks for looking,
Here we are, I have officially started my version of Project Life. What do I mean by that? I never wanted to do PL because it really didn’t suit me and I don’t want separate books for my regular scrapbooking and a PL book, so I combined the two. Although I have had a few difficulties getting started and have found my layouts a little boring, as time goes on I will figure it out. I am using 8 1/2 x 11 binders and page protectors from Martha Stewart, this size and this size and baseball card holders.
Thanks for looking, I will update you as I create.
